Public Assistance and Complaints Desk Officer

The Public Assistance and Complaints Desk Officer assists citizens and transacting clients by receiving feedback, handling complaints, providing assistance, monitoring customer satisfaction, and forwarding complex concerns or specific requests to the appropriate LGU office for proper action.

Through an accessible feedback and complaints process, LGU New Corella ensures that public concerns are heard, properly referred, monitored, and addressed in support of transparent, accountable, and responsive public service.

Mandate

Submit Feedback / Complaints services are mandated to provide citizens and transacting clients with an accessible channel for raising concerns, submitting feedback, filing complaints, and requesting assistance related to public services. These services support transparency, accountability, and service improvement by ensuring that concerns are received through the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk, recorded using prescribed forms, referred to the appropriate office, and acted upon in a timely and responsible manner.

To promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the delivery of local government services.
