Municipal Assessor

The Municipal Assessor leads the office in ensuring that all real properties within New Corella are properly identified, classified, appraised, and assessed in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and standards. The office maintains updated assessment records, tax maps, Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheets, and Tax Declarations to support local revenue generation and public service delivery.

Through accurate property assessment and systematic records management, the Municipal Assessor’s Office helps strengthen transparency, taxpayer convenience, and responsible fiscal administration in the municipality.

The Municipal Assessor’s Office oversees the appraisal and assessment of real properties, maintains property records, issues tax declarations and certifications, and ensures accurate real property valuation for taxation purposes.
